Founded in 1921, Staplcotn is the oldest and one of the largest cotton marketing cooperatives in the United States. With our headquarters located in Greenwood, Mississippi, we have been serving our members and the cotton industry for over 100 years.

At Staplcotn, our mission is to provide our members with a comprehensive cotton marketing solution. We are owned and operated by and for the members that we serve, which gives us a unique perspective and understanding of the needs and challenges faced by cotton growers.

One of our core services is member marketing. We work closely with our growers to help them effectively market their cotton, both domestically and internationally. We have an extensive network of buyers and industry connections that allow us to secure the best possible prices for our members’ cotton.

In addition to member marketing, we also specialize in cotton sales and shipping. Staplcotn is known worldwide as a leader in the U.S. cotton industry. For over 90 years, we have maintained our reputation as a trusted supplier of Memphis/Eastern cotton. Our commitment to quality and reliability has made us a preferred choice for buyers around the globe.

As part of our commitment to serving our members, we provide cotton warehousing services. Our state-of-the-art facility in Rising Sun, Mississippi, offers secure and efficient storage for our members’ cotton bales. Whether it’s short-term or long-term storage, our team ensures that your cotton is well taken care of.

To further support our members, we have also established Stapldiscount, our agricultural financing service. Stapldiscount was formed in 1923 to serve the credit requirements of Mid-South agriculture. Our members can rely on us for competitive financing options tailored to their specific needs.
