At Maruzen of America, Inc., we offer various services including Ocean Transportation Intermediary (OTI), Ocean Freight Forwarder, and Non-Vessel-Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC). Additionally, we are also a Customs House Broker and a Truck Broker. With our expertise and dedication, we are able to provide comprehensive services for international cargo and warehousing.

Since obtaining our Ocean Freight Forwarder license in 1975, we have continuously expanded our capabilities. Today, we are licensed as a Custom House Broker, NVOCC, Personal Effects Mover, and Truck Broker. We pride ourselves on our licensed and experienced team who ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Convenience is a top priority for us, which is why we strategically located our 150,000 square feet warehouse on the West Coast. This facility is primarily dedicated to handling agricultural products under controlled refrigerated storage. Additionally, we have leased another 70,000 square feet warehouse to handle general commodities and for our Container Freight Station Operations.

As a customer-centric company, we strive to provide a “Total” and “Complete” Door to Door service for international cargo. Our extensive network of related and associated offices and agencies enables us to provide logistic services around the world.
